At the heart of it, the Moreton Bay Farm Trail is about being inspired by local farms doing great things. From backyard enterprises and small-scale plots to large commercial farms, the Moreton Bay Farm Trail is a self-guided discovery of local farms growing food and flowers.
The Moreton Bay Farm Trail is a grass-roots initiative to connect people with farms in our local area.
It is organised by two local women - Susanne & Cherie, who are putting their hearts into creating something they believe in - people and planet.
